• Certain premium garments may take 7–14 business days for production and shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed.

For certain items, we verify product availability before production to ensure the best possible quality.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed.

After this window, production may have already begun and we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on the product and fulfillment process.
You will receive tracking information for each package once it has shipped.

Delays
