At Way of Seeds, many items are made to order, so we aim to keep our policies clear and transparent from the start.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, or accidental purchases. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many items are made to order and begin processing quickly, orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this window, production may have already begun and we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Additional Notes
Some items may ship separately depending on the product and fulfillment process. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each package.
